    Crucial Step: Customers are required to check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the order.

If you find any physical damage, missing pages, wrong items, or defects, please return the product immediately to the delivery person.

The delivery person will confirm the return, and we will process a replacement or refund for the item.

  1. General Return Condition (No Refund/Return After Acceptance)

Once the delivery person leaves and the product is accepted, returns or refunds will generally NOT be processed.

Items returned after the delivery person has left and no immediate complaint was logged.

Items returned after the 2-day period.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling (e.g., pen marks, water damage, folded corners).

    For eligible returns (i.e., immediate returns verified by the delivery person), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item reaches our facility.
