    By placing an order or using any service provided by Hate Kolom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy.
  2. Product Information and Pricing
    Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Quality Guarantee: All our products are designed with the best quality graphics and content, aligned with the Bangladesh National Curriculum.

  1. Orders and Payments
    Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Hate Kolom.

Payment: We currently offer an Easy Payment system where no advance payment is required. Customers will pay the full amount (including the delivery charge) to the delivery person upon receiving the books.

  1. Delivery and Inspection
    Delivery System: Delivery times and schedules are based on standard delivery protocols in Bangladesh.

Mandatory Check: The customer MUST check the product for any damage, defect, or mismatch in the presence of the delivery person.

Delivery Charge for Rejection: If a customer rejects a product for any reason other than a verified defect or damage, they are required to pay the standard delivery charge to the delivery person before the product is taken back.

  1. Returns and Refunds
    Our Refund and Return Policy is a part of these Terms and Conditions.

Time Limit: No returns or refunds will be accepted after two (2) days of successful delivery. All return claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made immediately to the delivery person.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)
    All content on the Hate Kolom website and within our books (including text, graphics, designs, images, and activities) is the exclusive intellectual property of Hate Kolom.

The content is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws.

Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, transmitting, or using any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

  1. Future Services and Updates
    Hate Kolom reserves the right to introduce new services, including Schooling and Online Schooling, which will be governed by their own specific terms and conditions to be published at that time.
